A Personal Message from Shenoah Grove
Part of my mission is to help people quit jobs they hate so they can have careers they love. When I first started investing my sole goal was to replace the income in my corporate America job. Shortly after I started, I realized how the knowledge I had grown around real estate investing allowed me not only to make an income and grow my wealth, but also impact the people I interacted with - bought and sold houses from. I was able to watch people with few good choices be able to completely turn their lives around and climb out of a terrible situation. The investing strategies I use help people get back in the driver’s seat of their own lives. It feels amazing to have that sort of impact on people.
Early in my career I was called into another form of service; to help other investors learn and apply the same skills, strategy and mindset I use in my own successful business. After joining my local REIA, I was asked to lead it and I eventually took over all management of it and purchased it and re-branded it with my personal investing philosophy and principles.
Training others and obtaining improved results through the development of others delivers huge personal satisfaction to me and massive profits and wealth for those that I train.
I taught my first group of investors in 2008 (outside of our monthly REIA meetings). Since then I’ve given presentations all over the United States from Washington, DC, Miami, Chicago, North Carolina, New Orleans, Atlanta, New York, Los Angles, San Francisco, Hawaii and even several presentations on cruise ships in the Atlantic! Today, and for the last 10 years, my focus has been closer to home, where I live and invest, in Texas.
I’ve taught over 87,000 real estate investors in my career.
Watching those investors leave their jobs to build a career in real estate investing has been inspirational to me. But to hear the stories about how they’ve applied that knowledge to help and serve others, well…. That makes me feel like “My work on this earth is done”. But sharing the knowledge that I’ve been blessed with is part of my personal mission and purpose and I’m more fully connected with it today than I’ve ever been.
